Differin Review

Otherwise known as adapalene, Differin is a proven prescription medication meant for the treatment of acne. It works its way deep into pores to treat the acne you have and prevent new acne from forming. You can get a gel in 0.1%, a gel in 0.3%, or a cream in 0.1%. It is meant to be applied twice per day, and there are plenty of success stories with this particular treatment. It is easy to use, right after you wash your face day and night.”

However, some have found that it actually makes their acne worse. Others have found that it has bleached their clothes, made their skin red, irritated, sensitive to the sun and wind, painful, peeling, scaly, burning, warm, stinging, tingling, etc. These are worse than benzyl peroxide, and benzyl peroxide does not generally make acne worse at any point in time, during use of course.

Differin is what you can expect from a prescription treatment. It is not necessarily effective for every case, but they have found that it works for a significant amount of people. It has been known to cause different side effects in severities where they feel it necessary to control its distribution. It is not the best treatment, nor would we advise it.
