Called a “breathable foundation”, Dermacia is supposed to cover acne while also preventing clogging of pores. However, we have seen other, more popular foundations that are based around the ever popular salicylic acid. Dermacia does not really reveal their ingredients list. It has been reported to become cakey and dry out quickly after application, which would suggest that it would probably clog pores instead of allowing them to experience breathable benefits.
