DDF Pumice Acne Scrub Review

DDF has turned out a number of popular treatments for everything from acne to wrinkles to plain old moisturizers. Their DDF Pumice Acne Scrub is one of those treatments, based on benzyl peroxide. They even provide an entire kit to accompany it if you want. They claim it is a “highly effective medicated foaming cleanser for the treatment of acne, razor bumps, and rough, oily skin on the face and body.”
But being based on benzyl peroxide, DDF Pumice Acne Scrub is comparable to literally any other acne scrub or otherwise based on benzyl peroxide. They may use different moisturizers and fillers, but it provides the same effects or lack thereof. It also provides the same side effects such as redness, itching, peeling, irritation, increased sensitivity to the sun, etc.
DDF Pumice Acne Scrub sells for $32, but it should sell for $10 at the most. You could buy a similar product from a brand like Neutrogena for about $5. Neither would work, both would cause side effects, but you would be spending a fraction of the money for Neutrogena versus DDF Pumice Acne Scrub.
